Admission : No donation is accepted by this institution for admission to any class.
i. A student has to submit the following documents at the time of admission:-
(a) School Transfer Certificate from the previous school duly counter signed by the competent Educational Authority.
(b) The original mark sheet of the last examination from the previous school.
(c) A true copy of Birth Certificate.
(d) Caste Certificate in case of SC/ST/OBC Category.
(e) Two recent passport size photographs.
ii. An application in the prescribed form will be submitted by the Parent/Guardian at the time of Admission.
iii. Issue of Transfer Certificate : School Transfer Certificate is issued after clearing all the dues and obtaining “No Dues Certificate” from the concerned incharges.
iv. The Principal reserves the right to expel or suspend any student from the school due to misconduct.
v. A student failing consecutively for two years in the same class has to leave the school.
vi. The Managing Committee is the final and binding authority regarding the admission rules and policies.
vii. Withdrawal Procedure –
Application for the Transfer Certificate must be submitted before 15th March. Though the student doesn’t attend the school, 1st term tuition fee of the subsequent academic year will be charged for all applications received after 15th March.
If a parent wishes to withdraw his son/daughter between the academic years, he must give a notice in writing.
Transfer Certificate once issued can’t be cancelled.
In case parents wish to cancel the TC it will be treated fresh admission subject to vacancy.
